El Hotel Piltriquitrón
El día 6 de enero de 1940 se inaugura el edificio del Hotel Piltriquitrón, primer edificio construido con el fin específico de ser un hotel. El Gobernador Pagano interesó a la familia Azcona como asociados para iniciar la obra, siendo los primeros concesionarios integrantes de la familia Guasco.
El edificio poseía 2 amplios salones destinados a las variadas veladas sociales, catorce habitaciones, dos cocinas, caldera para agua caliente, todo alimentado con leña. En el salón principal se instaló el piano y allí se hacían los eventos sociales, casamientos, cumpleaños, reuniones políticas, obras de teatro y bailes.
Fue también uno de los primeros edificios con usina eléctrica que distribuyó energía a edificios públicos ya que con el tiempo el Motor Deutz de la usinita extendió sus cables a la cercana Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Luján, al Correo, a la Comisaría y al Juzgado, generándose de esta manera la primera improvisada usina termoeléctrica.
El hotel llevó el nombre del cerro tutelar de El Bolsón, el Piltriquitrón, que se destaca por ser el más alto de la zona, midiendo 2.280 msnm y en cuya base se encuentra el pueblo.
Este hotel, por su fino diseño, le dio relevancia a la localidad.
La empresa que construyó el edificio fue la misma que hizo la obra pública en el pueblo y era monitoreada por el propio Adalberto Pagano. La dirección de la obra, los planos e incluso el personal que realizó este trabajo estuvieron dirigidos por el mismo gobernador, como impulsor.
Llegaron también al lugar mosaiqueros, electricistas y más. Debido que para estas obras se necesitaba una importante cantidad de ladrillos, Pagano también encargo de Viedma un equipo de ladrilleros y cortadores.
Para la construcción también se trajo la madera en grandes embarcaciones que cruzaban el Lago Puelo en una larga travesía de 10km en balsa y luego se recorrían otros 20km en carro de bueyes.
Sucesivos concesionarios no modificaron el edificio en forma sustancial y hoy tanto el techo como la fachada se mantienen en su estructura original.

The Hotel Piltriquitrón
On January 6, 1940, the Hotel Piltriquitron building was inaugurated. It was the first building built with the specific purpose of being a hotel. Guasco family were the first dealers. It had 2 large rooms for various social events, fourteen rooms, two kitchens, a boiler for hot water, all powered by firewood. The piano was installed in the main hall and there were social events, weddings, birthdays, political meetings, plays and dances. It was also one of the first with a power plant that distributed electricity to public buildings.
The Pagano Governor convinced the Azcona family to cooperate to start the work. It was named after the Tutelary Hill of El Bolsón, the Piltriquitrón, giving relevance to the place due to its fine design. Successive concessionaires did not modify its structure in a substantial way and the first thermal power plant that gave light in its beginnings only to the Hotel operated there.
Over time, the Deutz Motor of the factory extended its cables to the nearby Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Luján, the Post Office, the Police Station and the Court, thus generating the first improvised thermoelectric plant. The company that built the building was the same one that did the public works in the town and was monitored by Governor Pagano himself.
The direction of the building work, the plan and even staff who performed this work were directed by Pagano. The foreman of these buildings was one man of surname Cánova and was residing a long time in the zone in your condition supervisory in the building.
Grillo be in charge of all the people Mosaic workers, electricians and more also arrived at the site. Because of the fact that a significant amount of bricks was needed for these works, Pagano also brought a team of brickmakers and cutters from Viedma.
For the construction, the wood was also brought in large rafts that crossed Lake Puelo in a long journey of 10km, then another 20km was traveled by bullock cart.
The name of the hotel is due to the Piltriquitrón hill of 2,280 meters above sea level (the highest in the area) at the base of which is El Bolsón.
