En el mes de enero de 1943 se inaugura la agencia del Automóvil Club Argentino, siendo su primer administrador el Sr. Alejandro Sein, quien llegara a El Bolsón junto a su esposa Adela Garrot desde Buenos Aires en 1942, cuando se estaba construyendo el edificio.
Al inaugurarse funcionó con un solo empleado: su propio jefe.

In January 1943 the Automóvil Club Argentino Agency was inaugurated and its first manager was Mr. Alejandro Sein, who arrived in El Bolsón along with his wife Mrs. Adela Garrot from Buenos Aires in 1942, when the building was being constructed.
At the beginning it was run by only one person who was employee and manager simultaneously.
